Shpritzing Your Own Soda
Buying sodas in the store is a very inefficient and wasteful pleasure. And unhealthy of course, considering all the sugars and chemicals they put into the drinks.
Who doesn't love an ice cold glass of Coca Cola, Dr. Pepper, or Root Beer? These are pleasures that are so enjoyable they should be made illegal!
Yet, you go to the supermarket and buy your 2 liter bottle of Coke. You take it home, stick it in the fridge for a few hours, and take it out for dinner. You and your family drink a few glasses of wonderful ice cold Coke. Dinner is over and you notice there is about a third of the bottle of Coke remaining. You stick it back in the fridge intending to finish it off tomorrow.
Tomorrow comes and you take the bottle out to wash down your sandwich at lunch. As soon as you open it you notice that it is a little bit flatter than it should be. Despite the fact that you closed it very tightly to protect it from just that. You can hear the stale sound of flat soda pop releasing its remaining gases.
You drink it down, not really enjoying it. The only good thing about it right now is that it is cold. Besides for that, the drink belongs in the garbage can. You probably don't even take another drink but toss the bottle straight into the can.
