should we get a hungarian visla?
we need advice!!! we have the offer of a 7 month old visla pup, neutered, and house trained, apparetnly crate trained too. but we work full time, i can come home at lunchtime to see the pup, but are they suitable dogs for people who love dogs, but have to go to work, albeit we can come home to check on them, any advice would help!!
All the Vizslas I have ever met have been fantastic- but very active- dogs. They do seem to have little "quirks" about them. Some are very shy, while others are so outgoing that they are positively annoying.
Try doing a bit of research on the breed's personality. Maybe you can visit a Vizsla rescue and "try one out" for a day?
If you think you can handle this challenge, I would say go for it.
